QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
For phone consultation clients.

In the interest of time, I've provided the most commonly asked Q & A's.
They're intended for my phone consultation clients, but certainly everyone is welcome to review them. If you have the time, I have the answers.
I want all of my phone consultation clients to get their “bang for the buck”. If I already addressed any of your concerns, issues or questions in my Q & A's, I'll simply refer you to the Question so you can review my response before scheduling a phone consultation.
I will only refer you to Q&A's relevant to your concerns, issues and/or questions. You can review the response(s) at your convenience before your scheduled consultation OR before scheduling a consultation
The FAQ's (see below link) I selected are the most commonly asked.
The Q & A's are in numerical order. If your concerns, issues or questions are mentioned in the Q&A's, the number assigned to the Q & A will be provided. You can simply scroll down to the # to review my response. This saves time and allows us to cover as many topics as possible in your 30-minute session.
For example, if you wanted to know more about signing off on a Credit Check or Professional References vs. Background Verifications, I'd refer you to Q&A #8
Another example would be clients who were laid off or fired and want to talk about their feelings and concerns. They want to get it off their chest and/or discuss how to move on.
Q&A #16 is relevant and I might also suggest reviewing Q&A #15 where I share my own personal experience. My response is one full page but the upside is that it would save time since I wouldn't need to mention the details during the phone consultation. It saves time for clients who would clearly benefit from reading about my own personal job loss experience.
Some responses require detail and you'll notice they are quite lengthy, while others are only a few sentences … or less.
