MY BACKGROUND

I can teach you how to secure YOUR IDEAL JOB in 30 days …or less and with ease. For over 20 years, I worked in the Staffing Department, the specific part of the company ALL job seekers try to penetrate.

I made a decision to pursue a Human Resources Staffing career in my junior year of college while completing a part-time college internship requirement in the Career Counseling Center for students and alumni. I am a graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Over the past 23 years, I've held highly visible, responsible positions such as:

Corporate Staffing Manager, Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Consultant and Technical Contract Recruiter in successful, high profile
Fortune 50 - Fortune 500 companies including a few Silicon Valley, California Hi -Tech start-ups.

I've reviewed thousands of resumes and recruited and hired thousands of both technical and non-technical candidates for the past 23 years. I also provided workforce planning and organizational development services to some very successful Silicon Valley start-up companies. I am an internal Staffing Team member.

My experience is in Corporate, not employment agencies or executive search. I interviewed candidates in the same physical environment they'll work once hired.

I business partnered on a daily basis with internal Corporate Hiring Managers and CEOs to recommend candidates, provide resume and interview feedback, advise on recruiting needs and staffing strategies and programs.


I decided to provide Phone Consultation Services because;

2- I have the unique experience and therefore the knowledge to guide job seekers and career oriented people

Early in my 20+ year Staffing career, I had an intense desire to learn the dynamics and secrets behind job seeking, interviewing and the candidate selection process. I could clearly see and soon came to realize it wasn't only about luck or whom you know.

My position and role provided me with hands-on experience and the perfect opportunity to understand the final deciding factors that determine which one of the 5 groups a resume will wind up in. So far, since I started my web site, extended my consultation hours and shortened my regular workweek, I've helped well over one hundred people. This does not include personal referrals I coached and counseled while working full time in the Corporate Staffing world.

These personal referrals, co-workers and friends urged me to provide this service and dedicate more time to help others. They are aware others do not provide the information I teach because they do not have my experiences. So, it made perfect sense to start transitioning out of Corporate America and dedicate my time and knowledge to help others land the job and achieve career success.
